Level Measurement Product Range

Top Mounted Magnetic Level Switch

Top Mounted Magnetic Level Switches are used for automatic level control and alarm applications in tanks and vessels. Installed from the top of the tank, these switches operate using a float with a magnetic mechanism that activates reed switches at predetermined liquid levels.

Side Mounted Magnetic Level Switch

Side Mounted Magnetic Level Switches are designed for level detection through tank nozzles. As the liquid level changes, the float movement actuates the magnetic switch, providing reliable on/off signals for level control and protection systems.

Cable Float Switch

Cable Float Switches are compact and economical level switches used for controlling liquid levels in tanks, sumps, and wells. The switch operates based on float movement and is ideal for pump control and level alarm applications.

Miniature Level Switch

Miniature Level Switches are compact devices designed for precise level detection in limited-space applications. These switches are suitable for controlling liquid levels in small tanks, pipelines, and equipment where space constraints are critical.

Materials & Configuration Options

Cable Float Switch

A cable float switch is used for automatic ON/OFF control of pumps, motors, and valves, and can also function as a level alarm. It is suitable for non-flammable liquids up to 250 V; however, 24 V is recommended for hazardous locations. For explosive atmospheres, it can be used with Ex I isolator units. Its large, double-chamber, hermetically sealed float ensures high buoyancy and smooth, reliable operation.

INSTALLATION
Cable Float Switch is simply placed in the liquid so that the float follows the movement of the surface. The switching height differential is adjusted by moving the weight along the cable. The differential is minimum, when weight is nearest to the float. If the viscosity of the liquid is high, we recommend an extra weight on the cable.

Miniature Level Switch

Level switches work on permanent magnet reed switch basis. The floats which contain permanent magnets move freely between their stops rising or falling with liquid level movement.
